HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of a product, we offer a one-time refund within 30 days of the ship date. No return required.

Simply email us at returns@mtmerumedicines.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you.

Please note:

• Refunds are limited to one refund per product, per customer.
• The refund policy applies only to first-time purchases of that product.
• If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend limiting your order to one item per product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your product arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the item, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

There is no need to return the damaged product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?

Once your refund has been approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
