HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Thank you for choosing Mt. Meru Medicines for your Optimum Immunity. We believe that you will love our products as much as we love them. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product/s after you have tried them, we offer a one time, no questions asked refund. Please email us at radhikaponda@mtmerumedicines.com within 45 days from the ship date. No return necessary!
Please note that we offer only one trial refund per product and this is only if you are ordering that particular product for the first time. If your intention is to try our product first before committing to us, in your first order please limit the quantity to one item per product.Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
We take the utmost care in packaging our products and then shipping them to you. If your product arrives damaged, please email us and attach an image of the damaged item, then dispose off the product. There is no need to return it.

Once we have confirmed your refund via email, you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days.
